By accessing and using ShopShortLink ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

ShopShortLink is a URL shortening service specifically designed for e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other online marketplaces. The Service allows users to:

  • Create shortened URLs for e-commerce product links
  • Use custom subdomains for branded short links
  • Share shortened URLs across multiple platforms

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

  • Creating shortened URLs for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
  • Using the Service to distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Creating links to phishing sites or scam websites
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights of others
  • Creating excessive numbers of URLs in an automated manner without authorization
  • Using the Service to spam or send unsolicited communications
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service

4. Custom Subdomains

Custom subdomains are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to:

  • Reject or remove subdomains that violate these Terms
  • Reject subdomains that are offensive, misleading, or infringe on trademarks
  • Reclaim subdomains that remain inactive for extended periods

5. Content and Liability

ShopShortLink does not control, monitor, or endorse the content of destination URLs. You acknowledge that:

  • We are not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of destination URLs
  • We do not guarantee the safety or legality of any linked content
  • You access destination URLs at your own risk
  • We reserve the right to disable links that violate these Terms or applicable laws

6. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Permanent storage of shortened URLs
  • Specific uptime percentages or service levels

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ShopShortLink and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Free Tier Limitations

The Service operates on Cloudflare's infrastructure with the following free tier limitations:

  • Approximately 3,000 new URLs can be created per day
  • Unlimited redirects/clicks on existing URLs
  • We may implement rate limiting to prevent abuse

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SHOPSHORTLINK, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
  • Any content obtained from the Service

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law
